What happens when you post an unflattering picture of someone on the internet? They take advantage of their own archive of pictures to find a response. Here are the pictures and stories.... I hope you all thoroughly enjoy this. I expect many of the worst moments to be at my own expense.
The first picture war on the site was my own fault. I had a brand new digital camera in July of 2005. Of course I was happy to test out its abilities on any subject that I could find. Everyone just got used to a flash going off and stopped trying to smile nice for the camera. In fact they started making faces at me, and thus this picture was created.

Walrus face

I have dubbed it "Walrus Face", knowing that posting it on the internet could lead to an early death. I tested fate and did it anyway. Unfortunately I did not count on the fact that my subject has 25 years of random pictures of me. And thus the semi-painful response was emailed out....

Cancer patient

This does not have an official name that I am aware of. There have been several comments that I look like a cancer patient. Which is of course an insult to all cancer patients everywhere. :) One of the funniest parts is the fact that I actually have a lot of hair--look around at some of my pictures for proof. I don't know where it all went, but I hope you got a good laugh at my expense. Now keep reading/looking to see if we are going to get a laugh at your expense....

(This would be an excellent time to launch a preemptive strike on your nearest and dearest friends by sending something to picturewars at jasonbx.com or another one of my email addresses. Let the rest of us get a good laugh. I am digging out old pictures as you read this...)

Here is another fun picture! I personally like the Teletubby/Oompa-Loompa. Ryan, Courtney, Weston, Jason, Shirley, Cody, Tyler, Blue Lady

Weston probably has a few others from that night, but he apparently isn't ever releasing them... :)

grandpa and english punks
Here is another picture I find highly entertaining. This a "punk" phase that my grandfather decided to test out while in England. I know it is hard to pick him out. He just blends right in, doesn't he? :-)

If you look through the caving pages there are many great pictures of Thorpe.
In order to balance out the universe I accidently took this one. So you may all laugh and enjoy.

Sorry Larry, this picture was too priceless to pass up. It is going to end up as the poster picture for "caving safety."
At least you have on all the right gear...
